These terms apply when you access Layout or use its browser-based image layout tools. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What Layout provides

Layout provides tools that arrange images and text and generate files on your device. The current service is available without an account. Features, formats, limits, or availability may change as the site is improved.

Your content and rights

You keep your rights in the images, text, logos, names, and other content you add. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and to publish the files you export.

Layout does not claim ownership of your exported images. Your use of an export remains subject to the rights attached to the source content you supplied, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and contractual rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use Layout to:

  • break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • create deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or harmful material;
  • interfere with the site, bypass its safeguards, or distribute malicious code;
  • misrepresent a relationship with Layout or Omrylo.

Service availability and compatibility

Layout is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free exports, permanent support for every browser or platform, or suitability for a particular publishing service. You should review important exports before using or distributing them.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Layout and Omrylo are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of the site, inability to use it, or content created with it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Layout intellectual property

The Layout name, interface, software, original examples, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy the service, use its brand in a misleading way, or remove ownership notices.
